  • The program is structured into three modules spread over several weeks:

    • Module 1: DEFINE - This module focuses on understanding and identifying your core values.

    • Module 2: CONNECT - In this module, you will align your values with your actions.

    • Module 3: REORIENT - The final module aims to deepen your self-understanding and transform you into a more relationally competent leader.
