The program is structured into three modules spread over several weeks:
Module 1: DEFINE - This module focuses on understanding and identifying your core values.
Module 2: CONNECT - In this module, you will align your values with your actions.
Module 3: REORIENT - The final module aims to deepen your self-understanding and transform you into a more relationally competent leader.
Each module includes activities to be completed before the live coaching sessions, ensuring a comprehensive and immersive learning experience.

Participants should anticipate dedicating approximately 3-5 hours per week to this program. This includes time spent on engaging with course materials, completing exercises, and reflecting on your insights. Additionally, there will be live coaching sessions scheduled weekly or bi-weekly.
The program's pacing is intentionally designed to balance structured learning with self-reflection and practical application. By spreading the content over several weeks, participants have ample time to absorb and internalize the material, engage in meaningful reflections, and apply the insights to their personal and professional lives. The "flipped coaching" approach ensures that live sessions are focused on deepening the learning experience, addressing real-world scenarios, and providing personalized coaching support.
